Please bear with us! We are still in the process of finalizing credentialing with insurance providers including Medicare. Feel free to contact us with any questions. We will do everything we can to get you set up with care.
We are a small, clinician owned physical therapy clinic that will be offering both cash pay options and accepting most insurance plans. Our therapist will be providing care to patients of all ages with a wide variety of therapy needs including post-operative rehab, sports injuries, mobility improvement, joint and back pain, repetitive use injuries and more.
